All products are custom produced per order.

No Returns / No Exchanges For:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Minor color variations (screen vs print)

Damaged / Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos

  • Include order number

We may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit
    (at our sole discretion)

Lost Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered”, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
